About Ministry of Federal Education
The Ministry of Vocational and Technical Training was established in July 2011 after the 18th Amendment. Some departments/organizations under MOLM and MOE were placed under this ministry. The Supreme Court of Pakistan, in its November 25, 2011 judgment, directed that in view of the insertion of Article 25-A in the Constitution, the Federal Government could not absolve itself of its responsibility to provide education to its citizens.
In the light of the Supreme Court decision, a summary was sent to the Prime Minister of Pakistan who was happy to approve the renaming of the Ministry to "Ministry of Education and Training" which was duly notified by the Cabinet Division on 24 July 2012. The Council of Common Interests (CCI) in its meeting on November 8, 2012, approved the renaming of the Ministry and approved its work along with the pre-assigned subjects.
On the reorganization of the Federal Secretariat, the Ministry was renamed as Ministry of Education, Training, and Standards in Higher Education through Cabinet Division Notification No. 4-8 / 2013-Min-I dated 07 June 2013.
On June 19, 2014, the Ministry was renamed the Federal Ministry of Education and Vocational Training.

Programme Coordinator PPS – 12
With 16 years of education in Business Administration / Project Management / Public Administration / Public Policy / Engineering / Educational Management, at least 15 years of experience in the field of University Degree Development, including at least 5 years of experience in Project Management. Have a thorough understanding of the public sector (federal and provincial governments) business process as well as the World Bank guidelines. Adequate knowledge and understanding of education sector issues/challenges and global approaches. Candidates will be preferred: o Excellent organizational, time management, and coordination skills. o Strong leadership skills. o Excellent oral and written communication skills. o Strong teamwork and client coping skills. o Presentation skills o Strong IT skills.
